I personally am inspired by lots of beautiful pictures in cookbooks, and this book for being almost 400 pages has very few photos. In the introduction the authors even comment on the lack of photos and direct readers to either their website, breadin5.com, or their facebook page, Breadin5. The secret to "5 minutes a day" is to make one huge batch of dough and store it in your fridge, so each day you take five minutes to grab a wad of dough and shape it (the active 5 minutes), let it rest (20+ minutes), then bake it (~30 minutes), so you're just not mixing up dough every day. lots of recipes and this edition has more photos than earlier edition.
